How It Works

From first brief to full deployment

Every Network Media engagement follows the same four-stage rhythm, refined across mandates spanning fund managers, finance firms, and research publishers.

01
Typically 1–2 weeks

Discovery & Audit

A structured onboarding session to map your existing digital footprint, identify gaps and opportunities, and align on objectives. We also conduct a competitive positioning audit across your category, looking at how peer firms present themselves and where the credible white space sits.

The output is a written brief that captures the firm's positioning, the audiences it needs to reach, the compliance perimeter, and the metrics that will define success. Nothing is built until this document is signed off.

  • Digital footprint audit (web, social, CRM, analytics)
  • Competitive positioning review across your category
  • Stakeholder interviews with the principals and IR / editorial leads
  • A written engagement brief, signed off before stage 02
02
Typically 2–3 weeks

Strategy & Roadmap

A 90-day programme document covering each service pillar relevant to the engagement, with measurable objectives, KPIs, and the sequencing logic that ensures initiatives compound rather than compete. Where compliance review is required, this is the stage at which counsel is brought in.

You receive a roadmap that names what gets built, in what order, with what success criteria, and what the firm is responsible for providing. There are no surprises after this document.

  • 90-day programme document with KPIs per pillar
  • Sequenced delivery schedule and dependency map
  • Compliance review touchpoints scheduled
  • Named account lead and delivery team assigned
03
4–16 weeks, scope-dependent

Build & Launch

Concurrent execution across tracks — web, CRM, content, campaigns — with weekly check-ins, shared dashboards, and a named account lead who understands the business. The duration varies with scope: a single-pillar engagement closes faster; a full multi-track build runs 12–16 weeks.

Each track has an owner on our side and a counterpart on yours. Decisions are recorded; nothing waits on a single email thread.

  • Weekly status calls and a live decision log
  • Shared dashboards visible to both teams
  • Compliance review milestones integrated into the schedule
  • A go-live checklist signed off jointly before launch
04
Ongoing

Optimise & Scale

Monthly performance reviews, iterative improvement cycles, and proactive recommendations. We treat each engagement as a long-term operational mandate, not a project to close out. Reporting goes to the principal directly, not through a layer of agency interpretation.

Quarterly strategy reviews step back from the operational rhythm to test whether the programme is still aligned with the firm's commercial priorities. Where it isn't, the roadmap is rewritten before the next quarter begins.

  • Monthly performance review with the principal
  • Quarterly strategy review and roadmap refresh
  • Continuous A/B testing and iteration on live assets
  • Proactive recommendations on what to start, stop, or reinforce

Stage durations are typical, not contractual. Pricing tier and engagement scope inform the timing of each stage — a Foundation engagement may compress stages 01 and 02 into a single discovery week, while an Enterprise mandate may extend stage 03 across multiple parallel tracks.
